With the Workflows Listing page being the centralized location for all  the PIM process of your organization, bulk actions can come in handy when in charge of executing multiple workflows. 

Once you select multiple workflows in the Workflows Listing page, you can perform the following bulk actions:

• Start multiple workflows
• Pause multiple workflows
• Delete multiple workflows
  

Here is how you can perform bulk actions for workflows.

Starting Multiple Workflows

1. Click on Manage, and then click Workflow.
   The Workflows Listing page appears.
2. If you are looking for a specific workflow, in the search box, search by the workflow name.
3. If you want to filter by the event or time trigger, in the Trigger Type list, click Time or Event.
4. Click the checkboxes to select the workflows you want to start.
5. On the Actions menu, click Start Workflow(s).
   A confirmation window appears.
6. Click Yes.

Pausing Multiple Workflows

1. Click on Manage, and then click Workflow.
   The Workflows Listing page appears.
2. If you are looking for a specific workflow, in the search box, search by the workflow name.
3. If you want to filter by the event or time trigger, in the Trigger Type list, click Time or Event.
4. Click the checkboxes to select the workflows you want to pause.
5. On the Actions menu, click Pause Workflow(s).
   A confirmation window appears.
6. Click Yes.

Deleting Multiple Workflows

1. Click on Manage, and then click Workflow.
   The Workflows Listing page appears.
2. If you are looking for a specific workflow, in the search box, search by the workflow name.
3. If you want to filter by the event or time trigger, in the Trigger Type list, click Time or Event.
4. Click the checkboxes to select the workflows you want to delete.
5. On the Actions menu, click Delete Workflow(s).
   A confirmation window appears.
6. Click Yes.
