You have the flexibility to make changes to your workflow configurations based on dynamic updates in your PIM processes and endpoint requirements. You can edit workflows that are in the following statuses:
Draft: The workflow is saved but not started.
Active: The workflow has been started.
Paused: The workflow has been temporarily stopped.
Editing a Draft Workflow
You can do the following:
Change the trigger and its configurations
Add or remove nodes
Change the node configurations
Change the workflow details
To edit a draft workflow:
Click on Manage, and then click Workflow.
The Workflows Listing page appears.
If you are looking for a specific draft workflow, in the search box, search by the workflow name.
If you want to filter by workflow status, in the Status list, click Draft.
If you want to filter by the event or time trigger, in the Trigger Type list, click Time or Event.
Click for the draft workflow you want to edit.
To view activity log for the workflow, click .
If you want to change to “Time” trigger, do the following:
In the list, click Time.
In the Repeats every box, enter a repeat frequency number for your workflow.
Select Hours, Minutes, Weeks, or Months.
If you select Minutes, set the repeat frequency to 15, 20, or 30 minutes.
If you select Weeks, click to select day of the week, time, and time zone you want to run the workflow.
If you select Months, click to select the date, time, and time zone you want to run the workflow.
In the Ends list, do one of the following:
If you do not want the workflow to end, select Never.
If you want to end the workflow on a specific date, select On a Specific Date, and then enter the date (in DD/MM/YYYY format).
If you want to end the workflow after a specific occurrences, select After Specific Occurrences, and then enter the repetition count.
If you want to change to “Event” trigger, do the following:
In the list, click Event.
Select the standard PIM operations. That is, Addition, Completion, and Removal.
If you select Addition, set an event trigger based on addition of products to a label or addition of products to a static product group.
If you select Completion, set an event trigger based on the following:
Completion of import
Completion of channel import
Completion of PIM task
Completion of a network task
Completion of certify to network action
If you select Removal, set an event trigger based on removal of products from a label or removal of products to a static product group.
If you want to change the configurations for a specific node, do the following:
Double-click the node. The configurations window appears.
Make your changes.
Click Update Node.
If you want to remove a specific node, do the following:
Double-click the node. The configurations window appears.
Click Remove Node.
If you want to add a node at any stage of a workflow, click . If a node is eligible to branch out into multiple other nodes, the plus changes into.
To branch out a node into other nodes, click.
If you want to update the workflow name and description, click the Workflow Details tab, and then enter the name and description.
Click Update.
To start a workflow, click Start Workflow. Once started, the workflow status changes from Draft to Active.
Editing an Active Workflow
An active workflow is a workflow that has been started.
You can do the following:
Change the node configurations
Change the workflow details
Note: You cannot change the trigger configurations for an active workflow.
To edit an active workflow:
Click on Manage , and then click Workflow.
The Workflows Listing page appears.
If you are looking for a specific draft workflow, in the search box, search by the workflow name.
If you want to filter by workflow status, in the Status list, click Active.
If you want to filter by the event or time trigger, in the Trigger Type list, click Time or Event.
Click for the active workflow you want to edit.
To view activity log for the workflow, click .
If you want to change the configurations for a specific node, do the following:
Double-click the node. The configurations window appears.
Make your changes.
Click Update Node.
If you want to update the workflow name and description, click the Workflow Details tab, and then enter the name and description.
Click Update.
To pause a workflow, click Pause Workflow. Once paused, the workflow status changes from Active to Paused.
Editing a Paused Workflow
You can change the following for a temporarily stopped workflow:
Change the trigger and its configurations
Add or remove nodes
Change the node configurations
Change the workflow details
To edit a paused workflow:
Click on Manage , and then click Workflow.
The Workflows Listing page appears.
If you are looking for a specific paused workflow, in the search box, search by the workflow name.
If you want to filter by workflow status, in the Status list, click Paused.
If you want to filter by the event or time trigger, in the Trigger Type list, click Time or Event.
Click for the paused workflow you want to edit.
To view activity log for the workflow, click .
If you want to change to “Time” trigger, do the following:
In the list, click Time.

To resume a paused workflow, click Resume Workflow. Once resumed, the workflow status changes from Paused to Active.
