Bulk actions allow you to edit attributes for multiple products at once on the Products Listing page. 

For additional details on editing attributes, refer to the ‘Attribute Management section in the user manual.

Edit Multiple products

1. Click on the PRODUCTS tab. This will take you to the Products Listing page, displaying both solo and variant products.
2. To find a specific product, utilize the search box.
3. If you need to apply advanced filtering to display relevant products, select .
4. Click on Parent and Variant to display the parent products
5. Check the boxes adjacent to the products that you want to edit.
6. Click on .
7. In the Select Attribute list, click Add for the attributes you want to bulk update. You have the option to add multiple attributes.
8. Fill in the new values for the chosen attributes.
9. Click Update Products. The selected attributes for the chosen products will be updated. You can choose between Append or Overwrite for the attribute values. Append: The append option allows adding or appending new values to an existing attribute without overwriting the existing values.                                                                                                                                                                              Overwrite: The overwrite option, on the other hand, replaces the existing values of a attribute with new values.
