Exporting Products with Readiness Check & Assign Task
You can export the certified products in specified formats to your partners. Exporting product information involves selecting a partner whom you have to send the data and set the endpoint requirements by selecting a system adapter or custom adapter. Before you export products, you can also view the Partner Readiness report.
You can use the Partner Readiness report to view the missing property values for the products. If there are any missing properties, you can also assign task to member(s) and role(s) to fill the property values.
To export certified products:
- Click the NETWORK tab.
- If you want to search for a specific product, use the search box.
- If you want to use the advanced filtering option to display the specific certified products, click Show Advanced Filters.
Note: You can also filter by labels. - If you want to view parent products, enable the Group by Parent toggle.
- Click the checkboxes to select the certified products you want to export.
- On the Actions menu, click Export Products.
- Enter a name for the export.
- In the Partner list, select the partner for which you want to export the products.
- In the Adapter list, select the adapter you want to use. It will display both system and custom adapters. You can expand the list to select the custom or system adapter.
- Select the format in you want to export. The export formats are:

- CSV
- XLS
- XML
- JSON

- If you want to send an email with the exported file to multiple recipients, do the following:
- Click Email.
- Enter multiple email ids separated by a comma.
- If you want to upload the exported file to a SFTP location, do the following:
- Click SFTP.
- Select the SFTP name you want to use.
- Click Export with readiness check.
A message appears with a link to view the readiness report. - Click the here link.
If there are any missing property values for the products, the Exports List tab under Exports displays a message. - If you want to assign a task to fill the missing property values, do the following:
- Click the View report to assign task link.
The Partner Readiness Report appears. - Click Assign Task.
- Enter a name for the task.
- In the Assign task to list, select member(s) and/or role(s).
- If you have instructions for your task, enter the instructions.
- If you want to mark this task as high priority, select the Mark as high priority task checkbox. This will appear on the top of the to-do list of the assignee(s).
- Click Assign Task.
An email is sent to the task assignee with all the necessary details.
Note: Once the task is complete, the products in task must be re-certified to Network.
- Click the View report to assign task link.
- To continue exporting without readiness check, click Export without readiness check.
Once products are successfully exported, you will receive an email message. You can download the exported products from the Exports Listing tab under Exports.
