I.g.Exporting Certified Product Groups with Readiness Check & Assigning Task
You can export the certified products from certified product group in specified formats to your stakeholders. Exporting product information involves selecting a channel whom you have to send the data and set the endpoint requirements by selecting a standard template or custom template.
Before you export products, you can also view the ChannelReadiness report.
You can use the Partner Readiness report to view the missing attributes values for the products. If there are any missing attributes, you can also assign task to member(s) and role(s) to fill the attribute values.
Export certified product groups from Unbxd PIM to desired marketplaces with readiness checks and assign tasks
Click the Products tab
Select Certified Product.
Use the search box to find a specific product if needed.
If you want to apply advanced filtering options to display specific certified products, click on You can also filter by group.
Click on Parentand Solo to view parent products.
Select the checkboxes next to the certified products you want to export.
Click on the Export All Products.
Enter a name for the export in the provided field.
In the Channel list, select the desired marketplace to which you want to export the products.
In the Template list, select the template you want to use. Both system and custom templates will be displayed. Expand the list to select the desired template.
Select the format in which you want to export the products. Available formats include CSV, XLS, XML, and JSON.
If you want to send an email with the exported file to multiple recipients, click Email and enter the email addresses separated by commas.
If you want to upload the exported file to an SFTP location, click SFTP and select the desired SFTP name.
Click on Export with readiness check.
A message will appear with a link to view the readiness report. Click on the provided link.
If there are any missing product attribute values, the Exports List tab under Exports will display a message.
If you want to assign a task to fill in the missing attribute values, click on the “View Report to assign task” link. The Channel Readiness Report will appear.
Click on Assign Task.
Enter a name for the task.
In the Assign task to list, select the member(s) and/or role(s) to whom the task should be assigned.
Enter any instructions for the task if needed.
If you want to mark this task as a high priority, select the Mark as high priority task checkbox. This will prioritize the task in the assignee(s) to-do list.
Click on Assign Task. An email will be sent to the assigned member(s) with all the necessary details.
Once the task is complete, the products must be re-certified.
If you want to continue exporting without a readiness check, click Export without readiness check.
