If you want to test your workflow steps or execute them without a trigger, you can use the manual operation. This allows the workflow to become operational without any trigger, and only the nodes will be functional in the manual run.You can add one of the following nodes as your first node:
Import
Filter PIM products
Filter Certified products
Call Back via API
To run the workflow manually:
Click on Manage and select Workflow.
Click on Create Workflow.
Enter a name for the workflow (mandatory).
Provide a description for the workflow.
Click on Proceed.
The Configure Workflow tab will appear.
Click on Add First Node.
Select one of the following nodes as your first node:
Import
Filter PIM Products
Filter Certified Products
Call Back via API
Enter the necessary configurations for the selected node, and then click on Add Node.
If you need to add more nodes to the workflow, click on .
If a node is eligible to branch out into multiple other nodes, the plus symbol changes to .
To branch out a node into other nodes, click on .
Click on Run the workflow manually.
A confirmation window will appear.
Click on Continue to initiate the manual run of the workflow.
