Scheduling an Export

You can schedule an export to automatically send certified products to your partners. 

Note: The lower limit for an export frequency is set to 15 minutes. That is, you can schedule an export every 15 minutes, but not lesser than 15 minutes.

To schedule an export:

  1. Click the NETWORK tab.
  2. Click Exports.
    The Exports Listing page appears.
  3. Click the Scheduled Exports tab.
    The Scheduled Exports Listing page appears.
  4. Click Create Export Schedule.
  5. Enter a name for your export schedule.
  6. In the Partner list, select the partner for which you want to create the export schedule.
  7. Click Proceed.
  8. If you want to select product labels, do the following:
    1. Click Select Labels.
    2. Select the labels you want to use.
    3. Click Add Labels.
  9. If you want to select individual products, do the following:
    1. Click Select Individual Products.
    2. If you want to search products, use the search box.
    3. If you want to view parent products and solo products, enable the Group by Parent toggle.
    4. If you want to use the advanced filtering option to display relevant products, click Show Advanced Filters.
    5. Click Add Products.
  10. Click Schedule.
  11. Select the adapter you want to use.
  12. Select the file formats you want to export the file.The formats are .CSV, .XLS, .JSON, and .XML.
  13. If you want to send the exported file in an email, select the Email checkbox, and then enter the email address. You can also enter multiple email addresses separated by comma.
  14. If you want to send the exported file to SFTP location, select the SFTP location.
  15. To add a new SFTP location, click Add New SFTP, and then do the following:
    1. Enter a name for the SFTP.
    2. Enter the hostname for the SFTP.
    3. Enter the port number for the SFTP server.
    4. Enter the path where you want to store your exported file.
    5. Enter the username and the password.
    6. To test connectivity of the SFTP location, click Test Connection.
    7. Click Save.
  16. If you want to use a custom name for the export, select the Custom name the export file check box, and then enter a name for the export. The custom name will be used in the e-mail communication and in the SFTP listing.
  17. To set the export frequency, do the following:
    1. In the first box, enter a number for the repeat frequency of your export.
    2. In the second box, select Hours, Days, Weeks, or Months.
      • If you select Days, set the time and time zone you want to run the export.
      • If you select Weeks, click to select day of the week, time, and time zone you want to run the export.
      • If you select Months, click to select the date, time, and time zone you want to run the export.
    3. In the Ends list, do one of the following:
      • If you do not want the scheduled export to end, select Never.
      • If you want to end the scheduled export on a specific date, select On a Specific Date, and then enter the date (in DD/MM/YYYY format).
      • If you want to end the scheduled export after a specific occurence, select After Specific Occurence, and then enter the repetition count.
  18. If you want to change the name of the export or add description for the export schedule, click Name and Description.
  19. Click Save Schedule.
  20. To start a schedule, click Start Schedule.
