How do you add members of your organisation and assign roles to them?

Description:

Onboarding your product data to Unbxd PIM is just the start. The most important activity from thereon is to keep product information up-to-date. It is time to build the PIM team. Your specialized PIM team will help you achieving the organizational objectives with respect to product content. So, keep their email ids handy and start inviting members and assign roles.

How to:

You can either use the “OVERVIEW” tab (click “Set up Organization”) or the Profile icon  (click “View Organization”) to set up the PIM organization. The first member of the organization is granted the privilege of an admin. You can click “Create Member” to start inviting members to the organization. Just start with entering the email id and role you want to assign the member. Once you invite a new member, an activation email is sent to the member.

You can also add the roles to the member by clicking on the next tab and writing down their designation there.

Now that your members are in the PIM system, you can filter the members based on their activation status or roles.
