How to automate the import process?
Post the first import, Unbxd PIM understands the product properties and their data types. With frequent updates happening at the source, there is a need to keep product information up-to-date at all times. This is where you can schedule your import. Scheduling your import lets you automatically pull updates from the import file. To initiate the scheduling, all you need is a SFTP location where you host the latest import file and define the import frequency.
Navigate to “Scheduled Imports” right next to the Imports listing (access it via MANAGE > Imports). You can click “Create Import Schedule” to start configuring your import schedule. Once you define the SFTP location with the required credentials, you can set the import frequency. The import frequency can be based on hours, days, weeks, and months. You can either end the schedule after certain occurrences or on a specific date or choose to keep the schedule indefinite.
